Overstock offers a better deal for shipping because they offer free delivery for every item! It can take about the same amount of time for delivery from Overstock as Wayfair, as 1-3 weeks is their average delivery time. However, just like Wayfair, they also offer quick 2-day shipping on a large variety of items.
Before you get too excited about the free shipping, it’s important to note that there are some key exceptions. Free shipping isn’t available for international orders, or those going to Hawaii and Alaska.
Overstock does ship internationally, and they also don’t indicate any countries as being off-limits on their website. Regardless of what country you live in, you should be able to order from Overstock.
Which Online Home Store Has Better Customer Service?
You can easily find the customer service numbers and hours on Wayfair and Overstock’s websites. Both retailers claim to have excellent customer service, however, when you look at their reviews on various online platforms like TrustPilot, you’ll see that customers are largely dissatisfied with their customer service.
